What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item. Small consumables such as welding glass and tip holders start at 100 pieces, nozzles at 50, while swan necks and regulators can be supplied from 5 to 10 pieces. The MOQ is listed on every product page.
Do you supply custom sizes and non-standard parts?
Yes. Swan neck lengths and bend angles, nozzle bores, thread pitches and handle colours can all be produced to your drawing or sample. Send us a photo or dimensioned sketch and we will confirm feasibility.
Which torch brands are your spares compatible with?
Our range follows the widely used 24KD, 25AK and 36KD profiles as well as the Euro central connector standard, which covers MB15, MB24 and MB36 style torches and most Indian and imported equivalents.
How long does delivery take?
Stock items are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Made-to-order and custom machined components typically take 7 to 15 working days depending on quantity.
Do you ship outside Haryana?
Yes, we dispatch across India by road transport and courier. Freight is charged at actuals or arranged to pay at your end, whichever you prefer.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Sample pieces are available against payment for most standard items. Sample cost is adjusted in the first bulk order.
What are your payment terms?
New buyers usually start with advance payment or a part advance against proforma invoice. Regular buyers can discuss credit terms with us directly.
Do you supply to welding machine manufacturers as an OEM?
Yes. We manufacture unbranded components in bulk for OEMs and can pack to your specification. Please contact us with your annual requirement for volume pricing.
