The machines behind the parts

Our Faridabad unit runs turning, drilling, bending, assembly and inspection under one roof. Keeping the whole process in-house is what lets us promise a delivery date and keep it.

CNC Turning

CNC Turning

Brass and copper bar stock is turned to finished profile in one setup, holding diameters within a few hundredths of a millimetre across a full batch.

Drilling & Cross Porting

Drilling & Cross Porting

Gas diffuser ports are drilled and deburred on dedicated fixtures so shielding gas leaves the nozzle evenly on every piece.

Tube Bending

Tube Bending

Swan neck tubes are mandrel bent so the internal bore stays round through the curve, keeping wire feed force low.

Assembly & Finishing

Assembly & Finishing

Insulating sleeves, handles and connectors are assembled, cleaned and packed by hand before dispatch.

Quality Assurance

Six checks before a part is packed

  • Incoming brass and copper checked for grade and diameter
  • First-piece approval before a batch is released to production
  • Vernier and plug gauge checks for bore, thread and length
  • Concentricity check on tip holders and swan neck ends
  • Visual inspection for burrs, plating defects and thread damage
  • Final count, interleaved packing and batch marking
