When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you type into it: your name, company name, phone number, email address, the product you are interested in and your requirement description.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information such as identity documents, bank details or payment card numbers through this website.

3. How we use your information

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange delivery and keep a record of our business correspondence with you. We may contact you by phone, email or messaging about the enquiry you raised.

We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details to third parties for marketing.

4. Sharing with others

We share your information only where it is necessary to serve you — for example giving a courier or transport company your delivery address, or sharing your GST details with our accountant for invoicing — or where we are required to by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website stores a small preference in your browser to remember whether you chose the light or dark theme. That preference stays on your device and is not sent to us.

If we add website analytics in future, this page will be updated to say what is measured before that measurement begins.

6. Data retention

Enquiry correspondence and order records are kept for as long as needed to serve the customer relationship and to meet Indian tax and accounting record-keeping requirements. After that they are deleted or destroyed.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to sales@nkengineers.in. We will respond within a reasonable period.

We take reasonable practical steps to keep enquiry information safe. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential drawings or commercial terms you would not want intercepted without agreeing a secure channel with us first.
