1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any quotation, order or supply of goods by N. K. Engineers, a proprietorship firm based in Faridabad, Haryana, India. By using this website or placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Website content

Product descriptions, specifications, photographs and indicative prices on this website are provided for general information. Photographs are representative; actual components may differ slightly in shade, finish or packing.

We try to keep information accurate and current but do not warrant that every detail is free of error. Confirm the exact specification with us in writing before placing an order.

3. Prices and quotations

Prices shown on this website are indicative, exclusive of GST and freight unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice. A binding price is only the one stated in a written quotation or proforma invoice issued by us.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or 15 days where no period is stated. Raw material price movement may require revision of quotations that have lapsed.

4. Orders

An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing. Minimum order quantities stated on product pages apply. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once machining has begun.

5. Payment

Unless separately agreed credit terms are in place, payment is due in advance or as stated on the proforma invoice. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines quoted are estimates made in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by transporters, raw material shortages, power interruption, strikes or other events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on handover to the transporter or courier. Please inspect packages on receipt and note any transit damage on the delivery document.

7. Warranty

Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Consumable items such as contact tips, nozzles and welding glass are not covered for normal wear.

The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect fitment, use beyond rated current, mechanical impact, unauthorised modification or use with incompatible equipment.

8. Returns and claims

Claims for shortage, wrong supply or visible defect must be raised within 7 days of receipt with photographs and the invoice number. Approved returns must be sent back unused and in original packing.

Where a claim is accepted, our liability is limited, at our option, to repair, replacement or refund of the price paid for the affected goods.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of production, loss of profit or downtime arising from the supply or use of our goods.

10. Intellectual property

The content, layout and photographs on this website belong to us and may not be copied or reproduced for commercial use without written permission. Drawings supplied by a customer remain that customer's property and are used only to manufacture their order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
